    Rotel Potatoes

    Great for pot luck dinners. Scalloped potatoes were never so delicious and you'll be asked for this recipe.


    1 10 oz. can Rotel Tomatoes - original formula
    1 10-3/4 oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 10-2/4 oz. can Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1/2 soup can Water
    1 Tbsp. Onion Flakes OR fresh chopped Onion
    Salt and Pepper
    10 to 12 small potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 stick Margarine

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Arrange the peeled and sliced potatoes in a greased 9x13” baking dish.
    In a bowl, mix Rotel tomatoes, soups, water, onion, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture over the potatoes.
    Place margarine slices on top and bake for one hour or until potatoes are fork tender.
