    APRICOT SORBET

    2 cups water
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    4 cups strained apricot pur�e
    juice of 1 lemon

    Recipe

    APRICOT SORBET

    Bring water and sugar to a boil. Add pur�e and lemon juice. Cool. Pour in ice cream machine and use according to manufacturer�s instructions.
