3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts

SNOWBALL COOKIE MIX IN A JAR
Snowballs
Cream 1 cup (2 sticks) of unsalted butter or margarine with 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. Gradually stir in the Snowball Cookie Mix until ingredients are well combined. Dust your hands with a little of the confectioners sugar and roll the dough into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on baking sheets and bake, in a preheated oven, for 5 minutes at 325°F or just until light brown. Transfer to racks to cool for 15 minutes, then roll in the confectioners sugar. These cookies keep well in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Do not freeze them. (makes about 4 dozen cookies)
BREAD MACHINE CINNAMON ROLLS
1 recipe Sweet Dough (small size)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp soft butter or margarine
For Best Results
PREPARE sweet dough as directed to Dough stage. Remove dough from pan. Cover and let rest 5 minutes. COMBINE brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. ROLL out dough on lightly floured surface to 12x9" (30 x 23 cm) rectangle. Spread brown sugar mixture evenly over dough. Roll up tightly from long side. Pinch edges together to seal. CUT roll into 12 slices. Place in large greased muffin cups. Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled in size (40 to 50 minutes). BAKE at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden. Turn pan upside down and leave 5 minutes, then remove rolls from pan. Cool slightly before enjoying.
Sweet Dough
Small Loaf (1 lb/2 cup machine)
1/2 cup milk, room temperature
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 3/4 cups Bread Flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp bread machine yeast
SELECT loaf size. ADD ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. SELECT Dough cycle.
HAWAIIAN CHEESE BALL
2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 tsps chopped green onion
1 tsp seasoned salt
chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients but nuts, chill for a while to firm then mold and roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers
