Banana Split Cake
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks margarine
2 eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
4 large bananas, sliced
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 container cool whip
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 small bottle of cherries, sliced
For crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and one stick melted margarine. Press together in 10 x 10 x 2 inch oven-proof dish; set aside.
For filling:
Beat until creamy powdered sugar, remaining margarine and eggs. Pour into crust. Slice bananas over filling. cover with pineapple followed with cool whip. Top with sliced cherries and chopped pecans. Refrigerate 6-8 hours before serving. Serves 10
