    Chocolate Bread Puddding

    CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING


    1 loaf day old bread, cut in cubes
    1 quart chocolate milk
    3 eggs
    1.5 cups sugar
    2 tablespoons vanilla
    1 cup mini chocolate chips

    CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING


    Pour milk over bread and let stand up to one hour. Whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla. Stir in bread mixture. Add chocolate chips. Pour into 9x13" pan. Bake at 300°F for one hour and 15 minutes. Serve warm.
