Easy Does It Chocolate Mousse

EASY DOES IT CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
1st Layer:
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup + 1 tablespoon flour
� cup chopped pecans (I use a little more)
Mix together and press into bottom of 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350F until lightly browned � time depends on your oven and the pan � usually 15-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
2nd Layer:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup Cool Whip (you'll need more later, so buy an 8- or 16-oz tub � I use half an 8-oz tub here.
Mix together well and spread on first layer. You can mix by hand if the cream cheese is soft enough.

3rd layer:
2 small boxes instant pudding, chocolate � can also use 1 chocolate, 1 vanilla
3 cups milk
With mixer on "high," mix for 10 minutes. Spread on top of 2nd layer.
4th layer:
Spread Cool Whip on top � the other half of an 8-oz tub � more if you wish.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans and/or shaved chocolate and/or coconut, if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours � overnight is better. You'll need a stiff spatula to serve � cut pieces small � this is rich!
