    French Vanilla Crepes

    Ingredients:
    3 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1-1/2 cups flour
    2 cups milk
    1 Tablespoon sugar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 teaspoons melted butter
    Combine eggs and salt. Beat in flour alternatively with milk. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
