MICROWAVE APPLE DESSERT

2 Cup Graceland dried Apples
simmer 5 min. in 1 cup water, let stand 10 min., drain
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Orange Juice Concentrate (undiluted)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Salt

MICROWAVE APPLE DESSERT

Mix all and put in a buttered 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 glass pan. Put on topping.

TOPPING:

2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Soft Butter
Pinch Cinnamon

Mix and sprinkle over apples. Microwave on high about 8 minutes. Turn several times.
