    Just For Me" Tuna Casserole
    Ingredients:

    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 large rib celery, thinly sliced
    � medium onion chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    � C low-fat milk
    2 cans tuna, flaked and drained
    2C cooked elbow macaroni(or other shaped pasta)
    � C frozen peas
    1 cup oblong baked cheese snack crackers

    Just For Me Tuna Casserole

    Instructions:

    1.Heat oven to 400�. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
    Add celery and onion and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.

    2.Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Stir n tuna, cooked elbow macaroni, and peas.

    3.Divide mixture evenly among 1-to1�-cups capacity custard cups or small casseroles.
    Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.

    4.Remove casseroles from oven and top with cheese flavored crackers. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
