    Banana Parcels
    The quantities given below are for a single parcel.
    Ingredients

    1 banana, slit length-wise
    1-2 tsp soft brown sugar
    2 tbsp orange juice
    5-7 raisins
    1/4 tsp orange zest


    Method

    Dissolve the sugar in the orange juice and drizzle over the bananas. Add the raisins and the orange zest. Wrap in a foil, sealing the edges tightly.

    Grill for about 7-10 minutes or until the bananas feel soft, turning occasionally
