Curried Fruit Bake
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
16 oz. can pear halves, drained
16 oz. can dark sweet cherries, drained
17 oz. can apricots, drained
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp. curry powder
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Arrange well drained fruit in 2 quart baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in sauce pan till melted.
Pour sauce over fruits.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes till hot and bubbly.
Makes 8 servings.
