    Lemon Salad

    1 - 6 oz package lemon jello
    1/2 package miniature marshmallows
    4 cups hot water

    Stir and cool above mixture.
    Add:
    1 can drained crushed pineapple, juice reserved
    3 large bananas, sliced

    Mix and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Chill until set.

    Topping:
    4 T. flour
    2 tsp margarine
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup pineapple juice

    Cook above ingredients together. Cool
    Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream until thick. Stir in above mixture. Frost Jello base. Garnish with marashino cherries.
