    ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD

    3 cups Water
    3 ounces Orange Gelatin Powder -- (small package)
    1 small Instant Pudding Mix -- Vanilla
    1 small Tapioca Pudding Mix -- Instant
    1 cup Mandarin Oranges -- drained
    1 cup Pineapple -- crushed, drained
    8 ounces Cool Whip -- (small package)

    Bring water to a boil in a large pan. Pour in gelatin and pudding mixes, and let boil for one minute. Remove from heat and cool completely. When mixture is cool, fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped topping. Let cool for at least 2 hours.
