Orange Peach Jello
1 - 16 oz can sliced peaches, drained and diced
2 - 3 oz packages orange jello
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 - 8 oz continer regular Cool Whip
Drain and dice peaches; set aside. Disolve jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Separate evenly into two bowls and chill until thickened (about 30 minutes). Fold peaches into one bowl of jello. Spoon into 6 cup mold. Chill until set, but not firm (about 10 minutes) Blend whipped topping inot remaining jello and spoon over jello mixture in mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold onto serving plate and garnish with salad greens, if desired.
