    Raspberries & Cantaloupe with Yogurt Sauce


    Ingredients:
    2 small cantaloupes
    2 cups raspberries
    Yogurt Sauce (recipe follows)


    Yogurt Sauce
    1 cup plain yogurt
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 teaspoons grated orange peel

    Directions:
    Cut cantaloupes in half and remove seeds. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, place cantaloupe halves in individual bowls and fill centers with raspberries. Drizzle with sauce. Garnish with thinly sliced orange zest. Makes 4 servings.

    To make Yogurt Sauce: Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
