WISCONSIN QUESO BLANCO FRUIT COMPOTE

Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup apples, diced
1/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced
3 tablespoons blackberry jam
6 ounces Wisconsin Queso Blanco Cheese, sliced into twelve 1/2 ounces strips
1 ounces sunflower seeds, shelled & salted
Cooking Directions:
Combine all berries, apples, pineapple and jam in a medium bowl and gently mix. Heat nonstick fry pan to medium-high and fry Queso Blanco for 30 seconds on each side. Remove pan from heat. Divide fruit mixture onto six salad plates, and top with two each of the fried Queso Blanco. Top each with sunflower seeds and serve immediately while cheese is warm.
