    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 cup + 3 Tbsp. water
    food coloring
    few drops liquid detergent

    Homemade Finger Paint

    Mix cornstarch and 3 Tbsps. water. Boil 1 cup water and add to cornstarch/water mixture, stirring constantly. Add a few drops of liquid detergent. Add food coloring. Store in closed container in refrigerator
