No Melt Snow Dough
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup salt
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
1 cup water
1/3 cup clear or silver glitter
1/4 cup white powdered tempera paint
Mix all the ingredients together. Cook over medium heat, stirring until a ball is formed. Knead the dough as it cools. Store in an air-tight container.

1. Pour the water into a cup. Add cornstarch a little at a time while stirring.
2. When the mixture becomes too thick to stir, remove from the cup and knead.
3. Add a few drops of water of is too crumbly.
5 tsp. Elmer's white glue
4 tsp. water
food coloring
Borax solution (Borax dissolved in water)
1. Mix glue and water. Add 5 drops of food coloring. Stir well.
2. While stirring pour in Borax solution.
3. Remove solid material from cup and knead.
