    Bacon Pie

    Ingredients 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 cup shredded swiss cheese
    1/3 cup chopped green onion
    2 cup milk
    1 cup Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Directions
    Preheat oven 400 degrees.

    Grease 10 inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on bottom.


    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.

    Pour into dish.

    Bake until knife comes out clean. 35-40 minutes.

    Cool 5 minutes before serving
