    Cubed Steak or Round Steak that has been tenderized in some fashion
    Flour
    Salt and Pepper
    Garlic powder
    Cayenne Pepper

    COUNTRY FRIED STEAK

    Combine flour and spices, dredge meat in flour mix. Fry in bacon fat (or oil of choice) till brown and crispy on both sides.

    Remove from pan, add remaining flour mix to fat drippings in pan, make a roux of sorts and then slowly add milk to make gravy.
