    Cheeseburger Pie

    List of Ingredients


    1 lb hamburger

    1/3 cup chopped onions

    1/3 cup seasoned bread cubes

    1 cup evaporated milk

    1 egg

    1 pkg stroganoff sauce mix

    2 Tbls. ketchup

    1/4 tsp paprika

    3 slices American cheese

    1 9" deep dish pie crust







    Instructions


    Brown beef and onion and drain.


    Srir in bread cubes


    In a seperate bowl mix milk, egg, stroganoff mix. ketcup and paprika.


    Add to the meat mixture and blend thoroughly.


    Spoon into pie shell


    Bake @ 425 for 20 - 25 minutes


    Cut cheese slices to form 6 triangles; place on meat filling


    Bake an additional 2-3 minutes till cheese melts.


    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
