    Country Style Cube Steak

    List of Ingredients
    -4 to 6 cube steaks
    -flour
    -vegetable oil
    -1 pkg. dry brown gravy mix
    -1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    -water




    Recipe
    -Dredge cube steaks in flour.
    -Preheat skillet with a little oil.
    -Brown cube steaks on both sides in oil.
    -Put into crockpot.
    -Sprinkle with gravy mix and soup mix.
    -Add enough water to cover.
    -Cook on low 3-4 hours.
    -This gets so tender.
