    SPICY RUBBED STEAKS

    4 - 8 ounce Steaks (tenderloin or strip steaks)

    Dry rub seasoning:
    1 teaspoon Salt
    1 teaspoon Ground cumin
    1 teaspoon Chili powder
    1 teaspoon Black pepper
    1 teaspoon Celery salt
    1 teaspoon Dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
    2 teaspoons Paprika

    SPICY RUBBED STEAKS

    4 - 8 ounce Steaks (tenderloin or strip steaks)


    Method:
    Combine all dry rub ingredients well.

    Spread rub mixture evenly on the steaks (natural moisture of the item should help rub adhere) prior to cooking.

    Cook steaks on grill to desired doneness.
