    CHEESY PORK DELIGHT

    Category: Entrée
    Number of Servings: 8

    Ingredients:
    5 tablespoons butter
    2 1/2 pounds lean pork, cubed
    1 package (8 ounces) noodles, cooked and drained
    1 can (10 1/2 ounces) chicken noodle soup
    3 cups (12 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup chopped red pepper
    1 can (4 ounces) mushroom pieces
    1 package (16 ounces) frozen kernel corn, thawed
    1 cup dairy sour cream

    Cooking Directions:
    Melt butter in a large skillet; then brown pork cubes. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Place in 3 quart buttered casserole; cover and bake at 375°F for one hour.
