    Sweet and Sour Pork chops

    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 tbsp. honey
    2 tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. dijon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tbsp. water

    Instructions

    Place chops in 13 X 9 inch pan. In a bowl combine juice, ketchup, honey, vinegar, mustard and salt.

    Pour over the chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

    Uncover and bake 30 min. more. Remove chops to plate. Strain pan juices. Cook and stir until thickened. Cook and stir 2 min. more.
