    CHICKEN DIVINE

    2 (10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 chicken (cooked & boned)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. mayonnaise***
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. shredded sharp or medium cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. soft bread cubes (browned)

    Cook broccoli as directed. Drain and arrange in large baking dish or 9 x
    13 pan. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and
    urry powder. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Combine butter and browned
    bread cubes and put on top of everything. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top
    and bake until heated through.
