    CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

    Sauce: Combine and heat in microwave
    2 cans (3) cream of chicken soup
    1 can mild chilis
    1 cup yogurt or sour cream

    Filling:
    2 cups cooked chicken
    2 cups grated cheese (monterey jack & cheddar, combined) 1 onion, chopped
    1/2 cup sauce (above)
    Combine.

    CHICKEN ENCHILADAS


    In each of 10 (12) flour tortillas, place 2 Tbsp+ of filling, roll up and place in glass pan, cover with sauce. Top with grated cheese and sliced olives if desired. Microwave about 10 minutes on high. Enjoy!
