CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE
2 Cups Cooked Chicken, Shredded or Chopped
1 8 oz Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Chopped Green Chilies(small can)
1 tsp Garlic Powder or Diced Garlic
16 oz Grated Cheese(Cheddar or Monterey Jack, or combiniation)
12 small flour tortillas
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine chicken with sour cream, soup, chilies and seasonings
layer tortillas with chicken mixture and cheeses. Finishing with
cheeses. Bake 350 for 30 min or until hot and bubbly in middle
