    CHICKEN BAKED IN HONEY

    This recipe is very delicious.

    1/8 Cup honey
    1/8 Cup prepared mustard (whatever you like)
    1/2 TB. Lemon juice
    6 pieces of frying chicken

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine honey, mustard and lemon juice. Butter bottom (or spray with cooking spray) of a 9x9" square pan. Add chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Top with honey mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 30 minutes more.
