    Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole (II)

    CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE
    Layer the following ingredients in order given: 4 chicken breasts, deboned and cut in half; 4 large slices Swiss cheese.
    Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/4 cup water. Pour over cheese layer. Combine 1/2 cup melted butter with 2 cups stuffing mix. Spoon on top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.

    Great way to use your leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Substitute leftover turkey which has been cubed, then add remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
