    marinate for 4-24 hours in the following marinade. grill to perfection, garnish with lavender and lemon.

    3/4 olive oil
    1/4 dried lavender [if not on hand herbs of provence]
    zest and lemon juice from 2 lemons
    5 cloves of garlic
    1 T fresh thyme
    s&p
    fresh lavender
