POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE
Put cooked chicken (boneless chunks) on bottom of baking dish. In a seperate bowl, put 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) of cream of mushroom soup & 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 small can of mushrooms, and one chopped onion. Mix well. Spoon mixture on top of chicken and spread. Then sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Mix bread crumbs (enough to cover top of casserole) in soft or melted butter, about 1/2 stick, and cover top of casserole with this. Bake in preheated 350 oven, covered, a little while, uncovered a little while until bubbly all over.
Serve hot over egg noodles.
