    Yummy Chicken

    1/2c. Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing (we like the Zesty)
    1/4 c. Lite Soy Sauce
    1 tea. Ground Mustard
    1 tab. Chopped Onion
    1 Lb. Skinless Chicken Breast (about 4)

    Yummy Chicken


    Mix all ingredients together. Marinate chicken for 2 - 24 hrs. in refrigerator. Broil or grill, about 20 min.

    Tip: Poke holes in the chicken before Marinating for added flavor.
