    AVOCADO SALAD WITH ORANGE DRESSING

    2 oranges, pared & sliced
    1 avocado, cut into wedges
    1 sm. purple OR sweet white onion,
    sliced & separated into rings
    Salad greens
    Orange Dressing (see below)

    ORANGE DRESSING:

    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. orange peel, grated
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard



    Shake ingredients together in tightly covered jar.
