    STRAWBERRY PECAN SALAD WITH POPPY SEED DRESSING

    INGREDIENTS

    Fresh salad greens ( romaine, spinach, spring salad, etc)
    Pint of fresh strawberries, halved
    Pecans pieces, as much as you like
    Mix salad greens and halved strawberries in large salad bowl. Top with pecans and Poppy Seed Dressing.

    Poppy Seed Dressing

    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1-1/2 tablespoons minced onion
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
