    List of Ingredients

    3 rolls of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits in tubes (10 per) or the ones wit 8 in the can
    1/3 cup chopped salami ends, i used salami cold cuts and cut up and then processed
    2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 cup black olives, drained
    1 small jar of marinated artichokes,drained
    1 small jar of marinated red peppers (pimentos)drained
    butter or olive oil cooking spray
    Parmesan cheese
    1 small can of mushrooms drained
    1 small jar of green olives with pimentos **** If using these eliminate the red peppers above. drained


    Recipe

    Put everything except the biscuits and salami in a food processor. Processor just to chop all items. Chop salami separate. Put all chopped items in a bowl.
    Cut biscuits rounds into quarters so you have 40 pieces from each can.
    Spray biscuits with cooking spray and roll in parmesan cheese.
    Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
    Layer bottom of pan with biscuits. Put a layer of salami mixture on top. Repeat with another layer of biscuits and salami mixture. End with the biscuits. Sprinkle any extra cheese on top. Put on a foiled lined baking sheet for drips
    Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
