    Recipe Introduction


    I have made this dip hundreds of times. Everyone always likes it. My kids hope some will be left over after a party cause they could eat it for dinner the next day.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans chopped clams NOT DRAINED
    • 1 stack pak of Ritz Crackers crushed
    • 1 medium onion chopped fine
    • 1 stick of butter or margarine
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a corning ware (1 qt) casserole dish add all ingredients.
    2. Laying the butter stick on top.
    3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350, Stir
    4. Serve with more ritz crackers
