I have made this dip hundreds of times. Everyone always likes it. My kids hope some will be left over after a party cause they could eat it for dinner the next day.
List of Ingredients
- 2 cans chopped clams NOT DRAINED
- 1 stack pak of Ritz Crackers crushed
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a corning ware (1 qt) casserole dish add all ingredients.
- Laying the butter stick on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350, Stir
- Serve with more ritz crackers
