Pat's Fondue Recipe

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. swiss cheese shredded
1 lb. cheedar cheese shredded
1 1/2 tblsp cornstarch
1 cup red wine
1 cup white wine
garlic powder to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon Kirsch
Fresh garlic
Cut up in cubes toasted italian bread
Recipe
Mix cornstarch and Kirsch in a small cup. Rub fondue pot with garlic (fresh) put in cheese and seasonings and pour warmed wines directly over cheese. Stirring constantly till cheese is melted. Blend in cornstarch mixture and cook 2 - 3 min. sitrring till fondue begins to bubble.
Serves 6 - 8 people
Cut up in cubes toasted italian bread for dipping
