List of Ingredients
1 box vanilla cake mix
1 can vanilla frosting
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp coconut extract
Large can of cherry pie filling
1 bag shredded coconut
1 jar of maraschino cherries
Recipe
Use two 8 inch round cake pans, make cake as per instructions on the box but substitute the coconut milk for the water and add coconut extract
Add pie filling to one cake and top with another, then frost and put shredded coconuts around and top with cherries
Or
Use a bundt cake pan and split the cake when done as above, hollow out a ring around the bottom half by scooping out add the pie filling, put back together frost and with put shredded coconut and cherries as above
