    Made this for the 2005 Family Reunion and it was great.

    List of Ingredients




    l box chocolate cake mix
    1 small box of instant chocolate pudding

    1 cup evaporated milk
    1/2 cup sugar

    1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
    14 oz bag of coconut

    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1 stick butter

    12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 cup toasted almonds ( if you are making almond Joy cake, omit if making Mounds Cake)

    Recipe



    Mix chocolate cake mix according to pkg. directions adding the instant pudding. Bake according to directions in a 9 x 13 pan.
    Mix evaporated milk and sugar in a med. saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and coconut stirring well. Spread over hot cake.
    Mix 1 cup sugar, milk and butter in med. saucepan and bring to a full boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Stir in almonds ( for almond Joy cake)
    Spread over coconut mixture
