    Make every year for St. Patrick's Day

    List of Ingredients

    10 Bangers or Irish Breakfast Sausages
    1/2 medium onion
    3 - 4 sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 bouillon cube (put in crushed to wine to dissolve)

    Recipe

    Fry the sausages on medium heat,adding a tablespoon of olive oil if very lean. Cook for 10 -15 minutes until cooked through. Cut into thirds. Remove to a corning ware and place in oven to keep warm.
    Remove all but one tablespoon of fat from the frying pan and add the onions. Fry until translucent, add mushrooms. Fry until mushrooms give up thier moisture.
    Add the wine with chicken bouillon and deglaze the pan. reducing the liquid until it thickens. Pour over the sausages.
