    1 lb. Chop meat
    1 medium onion chopped
    Sauce of your liking ex. BBQ sauce, terriaki, tomato sauce
    1 pie shell
    2 cups instant potatoes
    1 cup cheese shredded ex. mozzarella or cheddar
    2 tbls. oil
    Pam spray

    Recipe



    In frying pan put oil and onion, saute till soft, add chop meat cook through till no pink shows. Drain the grease from the pan. Add sauce and cook for about 3 minutes. Put pie shell in a corningware pie dish that you have sprayed with pam lightly. Put meat mixture in pie pan, cover with cheese.
    Make instant mash potatoes. Layer potatoes on top of cheese.
    Bake @ 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, till top is browned.
