Pasta with Broccoli Cream Sauce

List of Ingredients
4 cups small broccoli florets
1/2 cup broccoli stems sliced thin
1 large clove of garlic chopped fine
1 lb. Linguine or spaghetti
1 medium red pepper diced
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
5 oz. cream cheese, cut up, low fat or fat free
Salt & Pepper
Recipe
Steam broccoli till soft - chop up small
Cook Linguine in salted water until al dente, drain
Add red pepper to garlic, cook until soft, add broth, cook 4 minutes. Whisk in cream cheese and salt and pepper until creamy. Reduce heat to medium, add broccoli. Heat thoroghly. Add linguine, toss to coat, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
