    My sister always made chicken cacciatore on Christmas eve for people who didn't like fish. I found my mom's recipe for it, not sure if it was the same as my sister's as she never gave me the recipe. Of course no measurements were given for this recipe

    List of Ingredients




    Chicken Breasts skinless boneless cut in cubes
    Oil
    Flour
    Onion
    Garlic
    Parsley
    Oregano
    Bay leaf
    Red wine
    Tomato sauce
    carolina rice

    Recipe



    Flour the chicken, fry till golden brown in oil
    Remove from pan in the same pan put onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, bay leaf, rice into the pan and brown
    Add some wine
    Let simmer
    Than add the chicken
    Than the tomato sauce
    Let cook for 1/2 hour
