Chicken cutlets
2 eggs
water
bread crumbs
oil
tomato sauce
shredded mozzarellaRecipe
Cut up chicken cutlets into pieces. Make a egg mixture of the eggs and about a tablespoon of water beaten together. Dip cutlets in to egg mixture and than into bread crumbs.
Start to heat oil in pan. When hot put in cutlets a few at a time. Do not over crowd in pan.
In corningware dish, put a little tomato sauce to cover bottom of dish. After chicken is browned on both sides put in the corningware dish. Cover layer with tomato sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Makes a few layers repeat directions for all layers and always end with cheese.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes
