Had a lot of cans of chicken and wanted to make something with them
List of Ingredients
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon garlic chopped
2 large cans of chicken
2 cans sliced mushroom
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
2 cups mozzarella cheese grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg. large wraps (10)
1/2 cup milkRecipe
Saute in oil, onions and garlic till soft, add chicken and mushrooms, salt, pepper and tarragon. Add one can of mushroom soup undiluted, and sour cream and heat thoroughly. Let cool in pan
Prepare a 9 x 13 or larger pan with foil and pam spray, Put about 2 -3 tablespoons of chicken mixture in wrap, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Roll up and place in pan. Continue till all chicken mixture is finished.
Sauce:
1 can of mushroom soup, add 1/2 cup of milk and one can of sliced mushrooms, stir, should be thick. Spread on top of wraps, sprinkle balance of mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees till cheese melted and wraps heated through. Make approximately 10 wraps.
