Creamy Chicken Marsala

3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken thighs (4)
1 onion diced
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Marsala wineRecipe
Heat oil in skillet on med-high heat, season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in hot oil till browned 3 - 5 min. Stir in onions and mushrooms with the chicken, continue cooking until the onion is translucent 5 - 7 min. In a bowl whisk soup and wine together than pour over the chicken, it will look lumpy but as it heats through it will turn into a creamy sauce cook for 3 - 5 min or until chicken is cooked through
