Recipe
Put oil in frying pan, dip chicken in flour and add to frying pan. Cook until golden brown. Set aside in a casserole dish.
To leftover oil in frying pan, add white wine, lemon juice and a little flour on high to de glaze the pan. Scrape up bits from bottom of pan. Add one pat of butter if needed. Add parsley, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir and reduce to a gravy.
Pour over the chicken.
