    1 Lb. Italian sausages with fennel
    1 stick margarine
    6 celery ribs chopped
    2 onions chopped
    2 tb ls. garlic
    2 loaves of stuffing bread or sliced white bread
    3 eggs
    Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper


    Recipe

    Take sausages out of casings. Crumble sausages. cook in a frying pan till cooked through. In another frying pan cook margarine, celery, onion, and garlic till celery is soft. Combine sausage and vegetables. Cook a few min. Soak bread in water and tear into pieces. Squeeze out all water from bread and add to sausage mixture. Put entire mixture into a bowl. Beat the eggs with cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over sausages mixture. Put into a crockpot That is lined and sprayed with Pam on low for about 4 - 5 hours.
    Or you can put into a corning ware pan or alum tin that you have sprayed with pam and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min covered with foil that has been sprayed with pam and about 15 min uncovered
    To double use 2 lb sausage, 2 sticks of margarine,10-12 celery
    3-4 onions
    4 tablespoons of garlic
    4 loaves of stuffing bread, 6 eggs and lots of parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste
