    These Potatoes are fabulous

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg of very small red or yellow potatoes
    1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 large onion sliced
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425 degrees Combine all ingredients in a 13 x 9 baking pan lined with foil, Stir to coat all ingredients
    Stir occasionally till potatoes are tender and golden brown approx 35 minutes
